Established in 1981, Becker & Company opened its doors in Maple Ridge.

In 1993 the office relocated to Pitt Meadows.
It is the ONLY Law Office in Pitt Meadows and the only one located west of 222nd Street in Maple Ridge through to Coast Meridian Street in Port Coquitlam.

In 2002, John Becker was elected to Pitt Meadows Municipal Government as a Councillor. Over the past 22 years the firm has gained the trust of the community and developed a well respected position within the community.

John graduated from U.B.C. Law School in 1980. John has been a member of the Pitt Meadows Council since 2002. He is very active in the community and serves as a volunteer legal advisor for a number of social housing societies. John currently sits on the Board of Governor’s at Meadowridge Independent School.
	Richard M Gareau, B.A., LL. B, Called to the British Columbia Bar May 2000. Richard’s preferred area of practice is residential and commercial real property transactions including purchases, sales, refinances and title transfers. Richard is a former member of the Board of Director’s of Village Credit Union from 2002-2005. He is an avid reader with special interest in Canadian Politics and financial planning. He enjoys cycling and has completed an 8000 km solo bicycle tour across Canada.
